The Kitchen Chemistry STEM Program is an engaging and hands-on experience where children explore the fascinating world of science through everyday kitchen ingredients and household items. The program encourages experimentation and critical thinking as students conduct simple, safe chemistry experiments that demonstrate key scientific principles like chemical reactions, states of matter, and the properties of acids and bases.
Students may explore fun activities such as making slime, baking soda volcanoes, homemade ice cream, or even crafting invisible ink. With easy-to-follow instructions, this program not only sparks curiosity but also allows students to learn about the scientific method, problem-solving, and the importance of measurements while having a blast in the kitchen.
